There is still time to register for the hybrid launch of our new book, The Debates Shaping Spectrum Policy.

It is taking place in central London at 5 pm on Thursday May 19th and you can attend virtually or in person.

The Cave Review of Spectrum Management in the UK – published in 2002 – was instrumental in ushering in a new  era. It recommended the use of market mechanisms like auctions, trading and incentive pricing which have been widely adopted in many countries.

Professor Cave is one of the contributors to  The Debates Shaping Spectrum Policy and the launch event looks back on the influence of the Cave report over the past 20 years.

Professor Cave is one of the speakers; he is joined by Raj Sivalingam, who worked on the original report and is now a senior spectrum policy-maker for the UK government; and Professor Gerard Pogorel of Telecom Paris, who also contributed to the book.

To attend this free event in person or online please register here. The venue is Chinaworks, which is across the river from the Houses of Parliament. For real life attendees we have some copies of the book to give away!
